Today, I was very bold in my words. Normally, I'm very laid back and don't get to vocal about things. Today, I had to say "back off" and "no way" and "I'm not doing that", in a most polite and FIRM way. I was heard, I pulled no punches, didn't raise my voice or use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
All in all a most productive day.
