Still Time

I'm still young, well not as young as I used to be, but still young in the GRAND scheme of life. Now, with some prayerful guidance I'll be changing the road I'm on. I've been hiding out way to long. I feel like I'm ready to get out there and make a difference somewhere and with a great group of folks that can teach me some new and exciting things. I'm ready to open my brain and learn new and current technology.

Don't look back

This is my encouragement for today!! As things are winding down on one front, there are many open doors ahead. I'm looking forward. Doesn't mean that I'm a little sad, but I'm ready to go with a tank full of gas. Let's get this show on the road.

Doctor day

Dentist this morning and eye doctor this afternoon. It was a busy and full day. Now I need to go exercise and continue to let this stress melt away.

Wine Tasting Day - March 2012

Saturday was a GREAT DAY!!! I spent this day with my friend and her future family. LB and I planned a day of wine tasting to celebrate her future d-i-l's 21st birthday. Whoo... little did we know when we started this plan that it would turn out to be such a FANTASTIC girlfriend day.

Our first stop was Round Peak Vineyards -- www.roundpeak.com

Right before our 1st stop 1 of us saw a giraffe or a camel. Well, let's just say that the laughter and ribbing began right away, because we thought "for sure" that this 1 had already started seeing things. Well, come to find out, she was right after all and it was a camel. There was also a monkey, but that's a whole different story.

Here I will suggest the blueberry wine and the GLOGG (a warm wine)... you just have to try it- trust me.

Pick a Saturday, pick some friends and have a great time and errthang will be alright as long as you turn left and see a camel.

Oh the doubting day

I had a day of doubting yesterday as I continue to release my workload and clients to their new assistants. This particular part is tougher than expected due to what I would say is "loosing" a relationship, however, I'm reminded that brighter days are ahead with new relationships to be formed and new work to be found and done.

My friends know me well and listen when God speaks to them about reaching out to lift me up when I need a boost.

All in all my doubt is not in God or in His plan, it's self-doubt. Not even self-doubt, but just sadness. It's OK to be sad, at least I'm not miserable anymore. I press on through the finding out about each of the items afforded to me in my separation package. YAY, more stuff to read.
